Paul Betts, CEO
Paul began his career in 1990. He has managed portfolios of business at some of the biggest companies in the sector including AIG and Swiss Re.
Paul is acknowledged within the market as an industry expert and market leader.
David Politi, Chairman and COO
David has over 30 years of experience in the insurance business having started in the industry in 1987 initially as a treaty reinsurance broker at Greig Fester (now part of Aon), Willis and Guy Carpenter.
In 2001 David created an insurance broker under his own name and has relevant experience in running insurance operations including all aspects of business management and FCA compliance and reporting.
David is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
